Tours 2009 Proceedings

Submission dead line is 31th Jan 2010 (JST).
We cannot accept late submissions. Late submissions will not be included in the proceedings.


Proceedings American Institute of Physics Conference Series



The conference proceedings will be published from AIP conference series. All of the talks and posters are expected to be included in the proceedings. The charge for the copy of proceedings is included in the registration fee.
  1. The number of pages-per-paper is limited by the allocated time of the talks. Please check the following list:

    Plenary talks 6-8 pages
    30 min talks, 25 min talks 6 pages
    20 min talks, 15 min talks 4 pages
    10 min talks, Poster only 3 pages

  2. Latex or MS Word templates are prepared. Please download the template from AIP (http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/outline/6x9), and follow the instructions (we choose 6x9 format). We cannot accept any other format. In case you use latex, please send all of the figure files and source file as well as pdf. Those files must be compressed into a single file.

  3. Color figures will be printed as B/W in the printed version. Online version can include color figures.
  4. The name of submission file should include your family name. For example, it has to be named as T_Maskawa.tar.gz (in case you use latex) or T_Maskawa.doc (MS word) if you were Toshihide Maskawa.
  5. Please submit the file by e-mail to tours2009@konan-u.ac.jp . Make sure to type proceedings submission at the message Subject.
  6. Transfer of Copyright agreement has to be prepared for each paper. Please download it from http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/tca_blank.pdf and fill the form to bring it to the conference site. We also prepare the form in the conference bag.
